The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is aromatic and floral: it expresses notes of fresh lime, acacia, apple blossom, a very slight hint of honey in the background, as well as notes of lemon, grapefruit, white peach, apricot tangy and green apple, as well as a hint of fresh almond and limestone in the background. The palate offers fluidity and juicy fresh fruit flavors: crushed green apple, green plum, tangy apricot, white peach, lemon juice, combined with a slightly perceptible minerality in the background, as well as airy floral scents (acacia, apple blossoms). The finish is moderately persistent and expresses a good bitterness of grapefruit and lime, as well as a salivating acidity.
