The nose is intense, spicy and smoky with notes of roasted seeds, yellow apples, pears, white flowers and savoury herbs. The palate is concentrated, sweet, sour and bitter, very opulent and powerful. It reveals nuances of exotic fruits, pineapples, mango, dried herbs, oregano, umami, a lot of salinity and minerality. A very complex wine with mouth-watering acidity, solid structure and long, saline finish.
