The nose is smoky and chiselled with nuances of oyster shells, chalk, some umami notes, yellow apples and white flowers. The palate is intense, fruity and powerful revealing good ripeness and fruit concentration with notes of exotic fruits, ripe peaches and pineapples, vanilla, cream and white pepper. The wine shows amazing precision and creaminess lifted up by zesty acidity and delicate minerality. The finish is succulent, juicy and tense.
