The nose is fruity, elegant with a fine floral edge on the pistil. There are notes of pulpy cherries, violets and, more slightly, blackberries combined with touches of rose, crushed berries, as well as fine hints of zan and a very discreet note of fresh sap in the background. The palate is fruity with an acidic, even mineral frame with freshness, suppleness and some tension. There is also a sweetness with notes of juicy, pulpy cherries, fresh rose and, more slightly, small red berries combined with touches of pulpy plums and a subtle hint of cherry blossom, fresh violets and a subtle note of cloves.
