The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The first nose is fragrant, honeyed and floral. It expresses the aromas of flower honey, wax in the background, acacia flowers, dried linden and chamomile infusion in the background. On the second nose, the wine expresses gourmand notes of yellow peach, ripe apricot, candied lemon, grapefruit, as well as a hint of fresh hazelnut, vanilla, toasted hazelnut and fresh wood in the background. The palate has a tangy, tight and lively attack – we find notes of fresh lemon, fresh green apple and grapefruit. In the mid-palate, the wine expresses flavors of tangy apricot and white peach, combined with touches of fresh hazelnut, fresh wood and vanilla in the background (very slightly perceptible). The finish expresses delicate flavors of honey, dried lime and acacia. Good persistence, chiseled, lively, with salivating acidity.
