The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The first nose expresses woody and spicy aromas (toasted hazelnut, fresh wood in the background, a touch of vanilla and nutmeg). On the second nose, we find notes of stone fruits (yellow peach, apricot, yellow plum), ripe and candied citrus fruits (yellow lemon, grapefruit, candied lemon peel), as well as honey and white flowers (acacia, linden). The palate offers a savoury and fragrant attack, with woody, honeyed and spicy notes, which reflect the aromas on the nose (fresh hazelnut, fresh wood, toasted wood, vanilla, nutmeg). In the middle of the mouth, we find gourmand flavors of yellow peach, apricot, yellow plum, green apple in the background, as well as candied lemon peel, crushed lemon and lime and white flowers (acacia, linden). The finish is lingering, spicy and slightly woody, with good bitterness and salivating acidity. Chiselled tangy structure, complexity and freshness.
