The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of crushed Gariguette strawberry combined with touches of chocolate, vanilla as well as discreet hints of nutmeg, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of caramelization. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, harmonious, dynamic, silky, beautifully-built and offers suavity as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crunchy blackberry and small notes of ripe / crunchy cassis associated with touches of wild raspberry, wild strawberry as well as slight touches of zan, violet / lilac and chocolate. Beautiful length. There are discreet hints of nutmeg and cocoa beans on the finish / persistence.
