The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is fresh and aromatic with notes of apricot and yellow peach. We also perceive fine hints of exotic fruits such as mango. The second nose is always aromatic and fruity. There is roundness with touches of lemon, yellow peach and melon. The palate is fresh with a nice acidity which is evident from the attack. We have hints of cream as well as lemon, apple and tangy apricot. The finish is slightly saline and floral with olive blossom.
