Domaine Naïs – AOP Côteaux d’Aix en Provence – Symphonie de Naïs 2020

This wine has an intense ruby ​​color, limpid and shiny. The nose is intense and woody with notes of crunchy black fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant but also stewed black fruits. We perceive a hint of sweet spices, notably vanilla and touches of wood. The second nose is even more intense with very beautiful notes of black sweet cherry as well as rose. There are fine touches of black pepper. The palate is fresh, powerful and clear with black fruits accompanied by an intense smoky perception. There are touches of cherry, blackberry as well as vanilla and leather. We also perceive a hint of charcoal with a juicy meatiness. The finish is long on black cherry and spices.
