The wine has a beautiful, bright lemon color. The first nose is fresh and fruity with notes of stone fruit and pineapple. There is a hint of butter and a certain sapidity. The second nose opens with a little more intensity over the discreet. There are notes of ripe lemon, peach, and a hint of iodine. The palate is slightly sparkling on the attack, bringing dynamism. There is good acidity with notes of juicy yellow peach, juicy ripe lemon, as well as butter and a light toast. The finish is supple, saline with a hint of lemon zest.
