The wine is clear and shiny with a slightly tinted, straw-colored robe. The nose is aromatic, gourmet and fruity with citrus notes such as grapefruit and lime as well as racy minerality and fine touches of rosemary, white peach and crunchy green apple. The palate is fresh with an acid frame that develops in a basket of fruits. There are notes of white peach but also yellow peach as well as flowers such as linden and racy minerality. The acidity softens in the mid-palate giving way to a velvety texture that continues in a saline and fruity finish.
