The nose reveals a nice freshness, crispness and some tension. There are notes of fresh, crunchy pear, crushed peach and slightly fresh apricot combined with hints of peach blossom, fresh oak and a subtle almost toasted quality and chestnut butter. The palate is fruity and reveals minerality, juiciness, a mineral backbone, suavity, a fine unctuousness, energy, a fine crunch, some airiness in its fat as well as a certain volume. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy pear, unctuous peach and, more slightly, crushed apple, combined with hints of lychee, as well as fine white flowers and a very discreet hint of fresh butter/vanilla flower.
