The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers a beautiful concentration of fruity, gourmet and airy aromas. It expresses notes of ripe pineapple, juicy yellow peach, apricot, lemon zest, lemon juice, grapefruit, as well as a touch of honey, white flowers (acacia, linden) and a fine spicy and woody notes (vanilla, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, toasted hazelnut, heated wood), combined with a lactic touch of butter and vanilla yogurt. The mouth offers volume, a round and silky texture, sweet and gourmand honey notes, combined with juicy fruitiness (ripe yellow peach, ripe apricot, yellow nectarine, a hint of pineapple, mango and mirabelle plum), balanced by the tangy side of candied lemon peel and lemon zest. We also find woody and spicy notes of toasted hazelnut, fresh wood, fresh vanilla, nutmeg and clove. The finish is persistent, sapid and spicy, with expressive notes of vanilla and toasted (even caramelized) hazelnut. Beautiful acidity, which brings freshness, complexity and precision. Good aging potential.
