The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is fruity, gourmand and juicy. It expresses notes of fleshy stone fruits (white peach, yellow nectarine, apricot), pineapple, ripe mango and melon. We also find a tangy side of candied lemon peel, fresh lemon and ripe green apple, combined with a floral touch of acacia and a light hint of vanilla and toasted hazelnut. The palate is straight, chiseled, with a tangy attack, with citrus notes and good grapefruit acidity. The mid-palate is round and gourmand: we find the flavors of juicy stone fruits (yellow peach, yellow nectarine, apricot), a hint of ripe mango and pineapple, combined with a delicate touch of toasted hazelnut and vanilla. The finish is tasty, fruity and tangy. Good persistence with gourmand notes of stone fruit and a pleasant acidity of lemon. Beautiful freshness and balance.
