It reveals notes of blueberry, Quetsche plum and small notes of bright red currants associated with a touch of crushed fresh, star anise, cornflowers as well as an imperceptible hint of laurel berries. The palate is beautifully juicy, fresh, mineral, elegant and offers fleshiness, pulpiness, gourmandize, a beautiful acidulous frame, roundness as well as a beautiful definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, bright Quetsche plum and small notes of acidulous cassis associated with a touch of fresh/acidulous small red fruits, fresh flowers, discreet hints of liquorice/star anise as well as with a subtle toasted hint/caramelization and laurel berries.
