The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The first nose is floral and honeyed. It expresses notes of flower honey, honeysuckle, acacia and linden infusion. After aeration, we find notes of candied lemon peel, grated lemon zest, ripe green apple, white peach, tangy apricot and fresh quince, combined with subtle aromas of fresh hazelnut and vanilla in the background. The palate offers a gourmand, round, even slightly oily attack. We find flavors of white peach, apricot, candied lemon peel, lemon zest, crushed green apple, a good bitterness of apricot, as well as notes of flower honey, linden and infused chamomile, fresh hazelnut and vanilla yogurt in the background. The finish is straight, juicy and airy, with gourmandise of stone fruits, a limestone touch and a slight bitterness, which appears at the end of the palate.
