The nose offers a slight minerality. It reveals notes of fresh quince and slight hints of lemon, fresh physalis associated with slight notes of ripe peach and slight butter/toasted notes. The palate is fruity, fresh, bright, nicely suave and offers a good definition, a beautiful volume, precision, gourmandise as well as finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe mirabelle and slight notes of quince, ripe peach associated with discreet touches of apricot as well as subtle toasted hints/butter on the finish. Good length. There is an imperceptible hint of lemon zests on the finish. A beautiful wine!
