The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is aromatic, fruity. It expresses notes of ripe yellow lemon, fresh orange zest, crushed green apple, fresh pineapple, grapefruit, white peach, white flowers (acacia, field flowers), as well as smoky and chalky hints. On the palate, the wine offers roundness and juiciness. The attack is fragrant and unctuous, with notes of ripe stone fruit (yellow peach, apricot) and fresh pineapple. In the mid-palate, we find notes of tangy citrus fruits (yellow lemon, lemon zest), a slight bitterness of grapefruit, floral and herbaceous hints (field flowers, cut grass), as well as a mineral touch (chalky and slightly smoky) on the finish. The acidity is lively and salivating, the finish is rather persistent, with tangy citrus notes.
