The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is fragrant, fruity, with a slightly sweet floral bouquet and a fine honey note in the background. It expresses notes of fresh lemon zest, orange zest, fresh lemon juice, grapefruit, green apple, fresh rhubarb, as well as field flowers, lemon tree flowers, a herbaceous touch (fresh mint, fresh grass), a very subtle peppery note in the background as well as a nice minerality with hints of limestone and chalk. On the palate, the wine is fresh, chiseled, with notes of fresh citrus fruits (yellow lemon, lemon zest), stone fruits (white peach, crunchy apricot), fresh herbs (mint, a touch of rosemary ), fresh white flowers (field flowers, lemon blossoms), as well as with a subtly peppery and mineral touch (chalk), combined with a hint of honey. At the end of the mouth, there is also a pleasant bitterness. Good length, the acidity is salivating and lively, with beautiful complexity.
