The wine has a pale lemon color with green reflections. The nose offers freshness, acidity, as well as a refined mineral (limestone) touch. It expresses notes of lemon, lime zest, grapefruit, gooseberry, passion fruit, as well as cut grass (in the background) and apple blossoms. On the palate, the wine is straight, tangy, with a fragrant attack. It expresses notes of ripe citrus fruits (lemon, lime, grapefruit), gooseberries and apple blossoms. There is also a mineral touch of limestone, complemented by a subtle salinity. The finish is moderately persistent and combines a certain roundness with salivating acidity, notes of fresh citrus fruits and a good bitterness.
