Domaine Maltoff – D nue D de Chloé 2019 – Bourgogne Coulanges La Vineuse

(no sulfits wine) The nose is fruity, racy and offers a well-defined fruit as well as a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of juicy/crunchy black cherry, blackberry, small notes of fresh cornflower associated with touches of fresh lily, racy minerality as well as fine hints of liquorice and a very discreet hint of toasted almond. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize, silkiness as well as a precise/generous/juicy fruit, a fine acidulous frame, tension (full of finesse) and a certain deepness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy cherry, Boysen berry, small notes of violet plum associated with a fine touch of juicy/fleshy blueberry, crunchy raspberry as well as fine hints of fresh lily, liquorice stick and very discreet hints of toasted. A hint of cocoa on the persistence.
