The nose is fruity, with richness and a certain power. There is a little intensity and a tight side. There are notes of dried mandarin zest and kumquat and more slightly physalis associated with fine touches of dried apricot, rancio as well as discreet hints of cedar, dried almond and a subtle hint of pepper and medicinal herbs. There is a discreet note of butter / brioche. The palate is fruity, fresh, with juice and minerality. There is a tangy frame, roundness, finesse and a little airy side, spherical side. There are notes of dried apples, cider and more lightly of kumquat. They are associated with touches of tangy mirabelle plum along with a hint of dried pineapple, juicy / fresh small yellow fruits and zest. There are fine touches of brioche, almond and a discreet hint of beeswax and salinity. Nice persistence. A small vibrating side and a small biting side on the finish. The finish is very discreetly tight.
