The nose offers gourmandize, a fine richness, a good definition. It reveals notes of crushed Mirabelle, fleshy yellow nectarine, small notes of juicy kumquat associated with fine touches of small yellow fruits, a hint of ripe pineapple as well as very fine hints of toasted. The palate is beautifully fresh and offers minerality, a good construction/structure as well as a fine acidulous/racy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe quince, Mirabelle, small notes of kumquat associated with fine touches of juicy green apple as well as a subtle hint of apple flowers, fine hints of racy minerality and toasted/butter. Good length. A very discreet sapid hint on the finish.
