Domaine Longue Tubi – AOP Côtes de Provence 2023

This rosé has a pale apricot color. The nose is fresh and fruity with small red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry. With air, it is a little more pronounced with still these notes of crunchy red fruits. There is a hint of alcohol which provides volume and which blends well with the perfumes. The palate is fresh with nice acidity. We have notes of citrus fruits such as ripe yellow lemon with small red fruits but also small juicy white fruits. There is a saline touch at the end of the mouth. It is a wine with a certain minerality and a lovely floral finish.
