The wine has a light, limpid and shiny colour that draws on apricot. The first nose is creamy with notes of fresh vanilla. Aeration reveals minerality and discreet flowers. The scents seem fragile, delicate with flowers and small fruits like peach and raspberry. The attack is fresh on the cherry stone. Little by little the aromas develop towards white fruits such as nashi pear and white peach. It’s discreet. Some floral notes appear on the finish with minerality.
