The wine has a pale and shiny grapefruit color. The nose is fresh and fruity with a beautiful aromatic. There are notes of grapefruit, lemon blossom and yellow peach. We perceive a certain racy minerality with a hint of iodine. We also have orange blossom. The mouth is fresh and fruity with an acidulous and mineral frame. There are notes of crunchy red berries that bring a slight astringency. The finish continues with a touch of iodine and crunchy red berries as well as fine touches of red apricot and orange blossom.
