The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers a fine richness and a very fine incisive side. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of fleshy cherry associated with touches of violet, cornflowers as well as slight hints of lilac, pepper, spices and an imperceptible hint of grove local. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful pulpy/acidulous fruit, a good definition and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, crushed cassis and slight notes of bright/tangy cherry associated with a touch of blueberry, cornflowers, nutmeg as well as discreet hints of spices, a subtle hint of liquorice, an imperceptible hint of tea (in the background) and toast. Tannins are elegant, finely mellow and suave. Good length.
