Domaine Lespina Oculus 2023 – Côtes du Rhône Villages Sinargues

The wine has a deep ruby ​​color, with slight purple highlights. The nose is gourmand and offers a certain density and concentration of fruit. It expresses notes of dried morellocherry, dried raspberry, fresh blackcurrant, crushed strawberry (with a hint of strawberry jam) and blackberry. After aeration, we find notes of fresh tobacco, white pepper, peony and violet, as well as delicate mineral touches and dark chocolate. The palate offers a pleasant texture, rather dense, but airy at the same time, finely marked tannins, cocoa and velvety, very slightly hooked on the finish. It expresses notes of juicy morello cherry, red cherry, fresh strawberry, blueberry, blackcurrant and blackberry, associated with delicate hints of dark chocolate, violet and peony.
