The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The first nose is expressive and woody: we find notes of fresh wood (even slightly sappy), toasted wood, roasted hazelnut, which transform on the second nose into aromas of sweet spices (vanilla, a hint of cardamom), white flowers (apple blossom, honeysuckle, acacia), honey, butter and yogurt. We also find a fresh and delicious fruitinessin the aromas of white peach, apricot, yellow apple, fresh lemon and candied lemon peel, as well as a bitter touch of grapefruit in the background. The palate offers a savoury, spicy and slightly woody attack – it expresses notes of toasted wood, roasted hazelnut, roasted vanilla in the background, as well as honey. Then, we find notes of candied citrus peel, lemon zest, a gourmet touch of yellow peach and ripe apricot, as well as notes of acacia, linden and flower honey, which you can also smell it at the end of the mouth. The finish is quite persistent, with a supple but pleasant acidity and gourmet notes of stone fruits, associated with a good bitterness.
