The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a fine richness, a small intensity as well as gourmandize. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, fleshy strawberry, small notes of crushed blackberry associated with small touches of cornflower, pulpy blueberry, lilac as well as fine hints of sweet spices, chocolate, toasted/caramelization, mild tobacco and a very discreet hint of local copse. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a small intensity, a fine tension, a fine mineral frame, precision and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, fleshy wild strawberry, small notes of juicy/fresh violet plum associated with small touches of cherry, crushed blueberry, nutmeg as well as hints of racy minerality, toasted/caramelization, fine hints of camphor, chocolate, a very fine hints of toasted hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of laurel berries. Good length. Tannins are well-built.
