The wine has a pale lemon colour, with a subtle silver sheen. The nose is smoky and reductive initially, needs to be aerated. With air it reveals notes of yellow peaches, green pears, a touch of lemon and lime, delicate mineral underpinnings. The palate shows creaminess and roundness with refreshing acidity and moderate intensity of white orchard fruits. The wine does not stay long but leaves a pleasant, fruity and mineral sensation.
