The nose is fruity and offers a small power (in control), a fine concentration (in control) as well as elegance. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, creamy cassis, small notes of pulpy strawberry associated with fine touches of lily, liquorice as well as a very discreet hint of cornflower, toasted and chocolate. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine creaminess (in the background) as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, bright raspberry, small notes of juicy/finely acidulous cassis associated with small touches of bright blueberry, cornflower, lily as well as very fine hints of chocolate and caramelization. There are very fine hints of chocolate on the persistence.
