Domaine Le Conte des Floris – Pleine Lune 2019 – Languedoc

The nose offers a fine intensity, a certain power (in delicacy), a small deepness as well as a fine and slightly tight grain. There are notes of lychee, carambol and small notes of fresh apricot associated with touches of apple, hints of citrus fruits as well as fine hints of arbutus, toasted and a very discreet hint of fresh rosemary. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, racy and offers a small freshness, roundness, energy, a fine grain as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy apple, juicy quince and small notes of fresh apricot associated with hints of lychee, lemon as well as fine hints of arbutus, rosemary, racy minerality (terroir), fresh almond and discreet toasted hints. Good length and persistence. There are sapidity, gourmandize and hints of fresh almonds on the finish / persistence.
