Domaine Le Clos des Cazaux – Prestige 2016 – Gigondas

The nose offers a small power as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of black cherry, small ripe wild berries, small notes of grey pepper associated with touches of violet/flowers as well as hints of ripe cherry, garrigue as well as discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, juiciness as well as a beautiful acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy black cherry, fleshy/juicy cassis and small notes of violet associated with touches of blackberry as well as a hint of small red berries, blueberry and nutmeg.
