It reveals notes of bright blueberry, bright redcurrant and small notes fleshy strawberry associated with touches of purple plum, lily, cornflowers as well as fine hints of zan, Sichuan pepper and tobacco. The palate is elegant, delicate, beautifully-built, harmonious and offers a beautiful bright / precise / juicy fruit, a nice finesse of the grain, subtlety, an aerial side as well as richness (in delicacy). On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, bright blue plum and small notes of acidulous raspberry associated with small touches of acidulous blueberry, cornflowers, lily, hints of chocolate, blond tobacco, cardamom as well as a subtle hint of caramelization and Bourbon vanilla pod. Tannins are precise, fine and elegant. Beautiful finesse and persistence (+15 caudalies).
