The nose is elegant, racy and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, a small intensity, a beautiful precision, a beautiful aerial side as well as a small richness (full of finesse ). It reveals notes of pulpy Boysenberry, crushed small blue fruits and small notes of fleshy strawberries associated with touches of violet, rose, lily, with hints of fresh purple plum, licorice, zan, plum blossoms as well as fine hints of vanilla pod, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension, a beautiful pulpy / acidulous fruit, gourmandize, energy, dynamism, aromatic purity, an almost aerial side in the approach as well as a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, acidulous / juicy raspberry and small notes of acidulous / juicy plum associated with touches of blackberry, licorice, sweet blond tobacco, zan as well as discreet hints of almond, racy minerality and toasty. Tannins are precise, fine and well-built. A wine full of finesse and on the acidity of the fruit.
