The mouth is fruity, fresh, elegant, well-balanced, racy and offers fat (beautiful finesse of the fat), roundness, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine tension, a fine acidulous frame, a fine racy minerality, a fine density , juiciness as well as a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy quince, fleshy Williams pear and small notes of vine peach associated with fine touches of mandarin / dried zest, quenette / passion fruits as well as a subtle hint of mesocarp, flowers, sense of place and a very discreet hint of pepper.
