Arguably called the king of Chablis Grands crus, this vineyard was formerly entirely surrounded with walls, hence the name “Les Clos”. With its southern exposure and ideal sunshine, it’s one of the most mineral and ripe expression in Chablis. Still very young, this Grand cru filled with great tension has great aging potential. Delicate apricot peel, tart yellow apple and white pepper make up the delicate aromas with razor sharp acidity and minerality. It’s characterized by finesse, complexity and superb length. Deliciously fresh and intense now.
