It reveals notes of kumquat, crystallized quince, small notes of Mirabelle associated with fine touches of roasted pineapple, a discreet hint of dry apricot and an imperceptible hint of almond. The palate is fruity, finely tight and offers minerality, a small gourmandize, a very fine acidulous frame and a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy/fleshy Mirabelle, small notes of roasted pineapple associated with a touch of candied lemon as well as very fine hints of bee wax/brioche. Good length.
