The nose reveals notes of quince, small yellow fruits, small notes of crushed pear associated with a touch of dry pineapple, hints of small yellow flowers, a discreet hint of acacia and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, freshness, dynamism, juiciness as well as a small minerality and a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, fleshy/juicy Mirabelle, small notes of small crystallized yellow fruits associated with a touch of crystallized lemon, small yellow flowers, acacia flowers and a very discreet hint of brioche. Good length. Good persistence.
