The nose is elegant, precise and offers complexity, a small intensity / power as well as delicacy. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of Bigarreau cherry, blackberry and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with small touches of raspberry jam as well as small hints of garrigue, zan and Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-balanced, precise, elegant, straight, suave, well-built and offers delicacy, a small tension, a fine acidulous frame, roundness, a good structure as well as a beautiful matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Bigarreau Cherry and blueberry associated with small notes of fleshy strawberry, fleshy red berries, blackberry as well as slight hints of laurel, licorice, cocoa, a discreet hint of tobacco and an imperceptible touch of pepper (in the background). Tannins are fine and a bit firm. Good length. A beautiful wine!
