The nose is fruity, slightly gourmand and slightly powerful. It reveals notes of crushed strawberry and blackberry associated with slight notes of ripe black fruits as well as a woody hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fat and offers juiciness, a slight tension, a slight gourmandise as well as an acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, red berries ad slight notes of strawberry associated with hints of black cherry, bell pepper as well as discreet hints of toasted oak and sweet spices. Tannins are well-built. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of salinity on the finish.
