The wine has a cherry color with purple reflections. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is aromatic with black fruits like blackberry but also some blue fruits such as blueberry. We also find a gourmet side with balsamic, vanilla and woody notes. With air, a beautiful rose emerges with touches of spice and cherry jelly. There is a very present sweet side. The attack is round, smooth with tannins present in the middle of the mouth. We find the balsamic side with vanilla and jammy fruits. The rose but also the almond are in duet until the finish. We think of rose jam but also of an orgeat side. Black fruits like blackberries are part of it. The finish is tangy with the woodiness which appears in particular like cedar.
