The wine has a light straw color. The nose is fresh and fruity with notes of dried banana as well as yellow peach. We also perceive fine hints of violet and apple. The second nose opens with more citrus notes such as ripe lemon and grapefruit. The palate is fresh with acidity present from the attack. We find notes of very ripe lemon as well as peach, a little side of pineapple and a fine, imperceptible hint of acacia honey. The finish is salivating with a hint of salt and notes of candied lemon.
