Domaine La Sanglière – Spéciale 2019 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fresh, aromatic and offers a fine tension and dynamism. It reveals notes of brugnon, pear, small notes of citrus associated with fine hints of apricot and cherry. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, precision, a fine grain as well as sapidity and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy brugnon, juicy lychee, small notes of juicy pear associated with small touches of cherry, cherry blossom as well as a subtle hint of fresh blackberry, citrus and an imperceptible hint of sage (in the background). Good length.
