Domaine La Sanglière – Spéciale 2018 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers aromatic richness. It reveals notes of fleshy vine peach, fleshy raspberry and small notes of citrus (pink grapefruit, mandarin) associated with fine touches of lychee and a discreet hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, gourmandise, a small tension, suavity as well as a mineral / acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy / crushed vine peach and small notes of juicy lemon associated with a hint of juicy clementine as well as a subtle hint of fresh cherry and blackberry. Good length. A very fine chew on the finish.
