Domaine La Part des Anges – Parcelle Secrète 2024 – IGP Côtes Catalanes

The nose is fruity, juicy and offers lovely definition, freshness, purity and deepness. We find notes of juicy white peach, small bright fruits and small notes of juicy/fresh kumquat associated with fine hints of fresh sense of the place (fresh local biotop). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, gourmandise as well as a certain brightness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of Amalfi lemon, yuzu and small notes of crisp white peach associated with fine almost fresh blood orange hints. Good length. This wine offers precision, freshness, suppleness and a certain structure. On the finish there are a tannic hint in its structure, a chiselled, varietal and taut side.
