Domaine La Part des Anges 2021 – Alchimie – AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages

The nose is airy, spicy and offers a stretched side, suppleness as well as good definition. There are notes of fairly ripe cherry, fairly ripe blackcurrant and small notes of violet associated with touches of tobacco, a hint of crushed blackberry, fresh fig, sweet spices and discreet hints of cinnamon. The palate is nicely juicy, tangy and offers a tangy frame, brightness, mellowness, texture as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of redcurrants, bright blackcurrant and small notes of small red berries associated with touches of star anise, tobacco as well as a hint of fresh fig and a subtle hint of balsamic on the finish. The tannins are sapid and tasty. Beautifull energy.
