Domaine La Part des Anges 2020 – Part des Anges – AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages

The nose is beautifully built, velvety, airy in its depth and offers a cashmere grain. A beautiful and delicate texture despite the concentration. We find notes of small wild black berries, morello cherry and small notes of violet associated with touches of blond tobacco as well as hints of roasted red berries and hints of toasted hazelnut. The palate is beautifully fruity, fresh, juicy, supple, mineral, elegant, precise, tracing, beautifully racy, chiseled and offers concentration, juiciness. A cashmere and tangy touch of the fruit. Volume. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of tangy cassis, crushed raspberry and small notes of almost roasted small red fruits associated with touches of balsamic as well as a hint of cornflowers, black olive, dark chocolate and balsamic. Good length. A hint of iodine and smoke in the background.
