(Organic) Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre
The wine shows a pale ruby colour with a brightening rim. The nose is slightly closed, reductive and needs aeration, later opening up with nuances of red cherries and strawberries, nuances of violets and peonies, a touch of spices. The palate is pure and bright with nice juiciness and fresh acidity, beautiful expression of fruit and suave tannins. The wine reveals nuances of raspberry compote and cherry marmalade, complicated by notes of dried herbs, black pepper and a touch of ferrous minerality. Juicy finish.
